nicole got choir at the last min so our outing is er, postponed to next yr

i wanted to go!then i realised chalet is on tues, which means, we have to buy the groceries on mon or smth.

was watching Asian games ystd, the badminton match between Singapore Xing Aiying and Korea.
whoa,Xing is good man,she played really well for the first game.her strokes are fast and she handles smacks really well.she's only 17 laa.
but Korea won,only by a small margin,sad huh
and the commentator from S'pore at Doha commenting on the match sucked like crazy,and i swear i heard the word 'damn',and his comments are extra and rubbish,good riddance
i'm growing fat lately,do you know eating supper makes you fat?yes, i read an article from some newspaper and it turns out that supper also prevents you from getting a good slp, as your body gets to work to digest the food in your stomach while you're slping,when its actually supposed to
